Co-Founder and Editor

Andreas Hösli is Co-Founder and Editor at Klima&Recht (Climate&Law). He is a Swiss-qualified attorney-at-law and holds an LL.M. degree from the University of New South Wales in Sydney (UNSW). His main research focus is the legal responsibility of corporations in the climate change context. On that topic, Andreas is pursuing a PhD project at the University of Zurich (supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation until summer 2022), currently as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Oslo. Prior to that, Andreas has worked as an Associate in the white collar crime/litigation team of a major Swiss business law firm and at the District Court of Zurich. He regularly publishes in his field of expertise (in English and German), writes opinion pieces in newspapers and blogs, and is organizing events.
