Andreas H\u00f6sli is Co-Founder and Editor at Klima&Recht (Climate&Law). He is a Swiss-qualified attorney-at-law and holds an LL.M. degree from the University of New South Wales in Sydney (UNSW). His main research focus is the legal responsibility of corporations<\/strong> in the climate change context. On that topic, Andreas is pursuing a PhD project at the University of Zurich (supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation until summer 2022), currently as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Oslo. Prior to that, Andreas has worked as an Associate in the white collar crime\/litigation team of a major Swiss business law firm and at the District Court of Zurich.
